Booking terms

A minimum of 24 hours* notice is required to change your appointment date, treatment quantity or appointment time. Appointment changes will be charged at 100% of the price if 24 hours notice is not given.
If an appointment is missed a full charge will incur and a 50% deposit will be taken before your next appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but with 24 hours notice they are transferable.
If you are late to your appointment, your treatment will be reduced by minutes late.

*24 hours is from the time of your appointment the following day.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the month they are purchased in and will not be extended.
Gift vouchers that have been gifted to fund raisers are only valid for 6 months.
Vouchers cannot be used with discounted treatments.
Remaining voucher balance can be used at a different appointment.
Vouchers can be exchanged for other treatments if desired.
